Payout: Clicksia

I had my first payment for ptc and its from Clicksia.  I reached the minimum payout of $1 and request it immediately.  It took 7 days before I received the payment through my PayPal.

Clixtiply is listed in Ongoing List from ptc-investigation.  The site was launch on July 7, 2011 so it is still an early ptc site so scam may happen.  The site will give you 20+ ads to click with earnings from $0.00025 to $0.001.  The minimum cashout is $1 with fee through Paypal and Alertpay.  The process will take from 48 hours to 5 business days.

Hits4pay

Hits4pay is an elite ptr (paid to read) site from ptc-investigation because the site has been up since 2001 and still paying, a huge achievement for this kind of site.  From the time I joined the site it has a $10 bonus signup but it is now lowered to $5 once your account has been approved (Source).  Each email cost $0.02 and the minimum payout is $25 through PayPal or check.  Make sure you have a valid mailing address before joining the site.

Neobux

Neobux is another elite ptc site in ptc-investigations.  The site was launched since 2008 and still paying until today.  The minimum cashout is $2 for the first payout and will increase $1 for each payout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.  A fee will be deducted depending on the payment processor used.  The site will temporarily suspended your account is inactive for 30 days and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.

Wordlinx

Wordlinx is an Elite site from PTC-Investigation.  The site has been online since 2003 and still paying today.  The minimum payout is $10 with a 5% fee per withdrawal through PayPal. The site also accept AlertPay but I don't know if the site will charge a fee when you cash out.  To read the Term of Service (TOS) please go here.

LinkGrand

LinkGrand is listed as Elite in PTC investigation site.  The site has been online since 2006.  The number of ads available will depend on your location (geo targeted) and each ad will give you $0.003.  The referral commission is 30% so you will earn approximately $0.0009 for each ad your referral clicked.  You can cash out for as low as $5 through Paypal.

Buxp

Another PTC site that I joined is buxp.org.  The site is listed in the Elite list in PTC investigations because it operates for as long as three years now, a great achievement for this kind of site.  The minimum cash out is $7.99 for USA, UK and Canada while for other countries is $17.99. The waiting time for the cash out to transfer to your Paypal or AlertPay is 30 business days.

Clicksia

Another PTC site that I recently joined is Clicksia.  Upon searching the site's status in PTC Investigations, it's in the Elite list.  The site has minimum pay out of $1 through your PayPal or AlertPay account.  The site was created since August 17, 2007 and still paying.  A great achievement for this kind of site and according to PTC Investigations, it does not have any major issues from their member.

Clixsense

The first PTC site that I joined. I'm a member of this site since July 2011.  The minimum cashout of this site is $10.  The payout methods are Paypal, Alertpay and Check.  The site has been online for 4 years so it really established its reputation for being a legitimate PTC site. In order to earn, you have to click the ads posted in the "View Ads" tab. 

PTC Investigations

 PTC Investigations is a site where it verifys the validity of any PTC sites.  This is where I go before considering to join a PTC site. The PTC sites were categorized as Elite Sites, Legit Sites, Ongoing List, Watch List and Scam List to name a few.
