Wordlinx is an Elite site from PTC-Investigation.  The site has been online since 2003 and still paying today.  The minimum payout is $10 with a 5% fee per withdrawal through PayPal. The site also accept AlertPay but I don't know if the site will charge a fee when you cash out.  To read the Term of Service (TOS) please go here.
Before you can go to your account, the site will ask you to type the letters and/or numbers located in the captcha box.

After you login, it will bring you to two annoying pages.  Every standard member will go through these annoying pages every time you login unless you became an advertiser.

Once you go through those pages you will now see your account with available ads to click.  The value of each ad vary from $0.001 to $0.01 and the number of ads will also vary from your location.

When you click an ad it will become a banner telling you to click the yellow button.  Once you clicked the yellow button, it will bring you to a new tab wherein it'll display the ads.

On the new page, you will wait for the timer to go to zero before you can remove the frame and earned your credit.  The countdown timer will vary to the ad the you will earn.  For $0.001 ad you will wait for 5 seconds and for $0.01 ad you will wait for 30 seconds.

Once you removed the frame and earned the credit the page will direct you the ad's website.
Another way to earn besides from viewing the ads is sharing the link from the ads to your social networking site life facebook, twitter, google buzz, digg, delicious and stumbleupon.  You can see this option in a $0.01 ads.
